UK Mainland Delivery Options

Free UK Mainland Delivery: Order by 12pm for same-day processing. Delivery takes 3–5 working days and is free.
Next Working Day Delivery: £20 charge for orders placed by 12pm, Monday–Thursday.
Same-day Delivery: Currently unavailable.
Delivery Instructions: Add any special instructions at checkout.
Note: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Receive on-demand notifications direct from DHL, including estimated delivery windows, live parcel location, and delivery confirmation.

If you miss a delivery, DHL will provide options for redelivery or collection via their On Demand Delivery service.

Returns & Refunds Policy

No returns are accepted. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which allows exceptions for perishable or personalized goods. If you believe your order is incorrect or you have made a mistake, you must contact our support team within 15 minutes of placing your order. After this window, your order will be processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 24 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
